Strategy manager

Each vault is managed by a strategy manager that is authorized to configure a set of parameters.

Flype’s DAO vaults strategy team is led by a former EY financial analyst and a PHD Mathematician.

Strategy managers are restricted to executing the following actions:

1. Alter Uniswap V3 position price range.

2. Execute swaps for implementing the new price range.

Strategy managers can set a commission on fees earned from all liquidity under their management.

The vaults managed by Flype DAO are set to 7.5% commission on fees earned from liquidity under their management. Strategy execution is handled by Gnosis multisig safe.
